First Lisbon mixed-use tourism project

MIMA Living, a collection of 180 residential apartments spread across two 14-storey buildings, is part of Kronos Homes’ MIMA project – a €150 million mixed-use development in the contemporary Parque das Nações district of Lisbon.

MIMA Living is one of the central components of the MIMA development. Designed by the prestigious Broadway Malyan studio to cater to new ways of living and working, it features a multifunctional lobby, lounge and co-working areas, a fully equipped gym, two swimming pools (for adults and children), private gardens, underground parking, and reception and security services.

Designed to meet the growing demand for flexible, sophisticated and integrated accommodation solutions in a prime Lisbon location, MIMA Living introduces a new concept of urban housing to the Portuguese capital. The apartments combine the comfort of home with a dynamic hospitality offering in the city’s most contemporary district.

MIMA Living’s apartments range from 40m² to 107m², with each layout designed to maximise comfort, natural light and privacy. Prices start from EUR 405,000 for one-bedroom apartments and from EUR 595,000 for two-bedroom apartments, with phased payment terms until 2028 delivering flexibility and security for buyers.

Rui Meneses Ferreira, Partner and CEO of Kronos Homes, comments: “The MIMA project reinforces our long-term strategy for Portugal and specifically for Lisbon. MIMA Living will raise housing standards and reinforce our vision of creating spaces that adapt to people and places. This project marks a new chapter for Kronos Homes and we are delighted to be establishing ourselves as a reference in terms of architecture and investment in Lisbon.”

Alda Filipe, Partner and Regional Director of Kronos Homes, adds: “MIMA Living is the natural evolution of Kronos Homes’ tourist development success in the Algarve, which we’ve now adapted and applied to Lisbon. The apartments are designed to meet contemporary demands with a differentiating project for a generation that values flexibility, comfort and a cosmopolitan lifestyle, making MIMA Living ideal for those looking to live without worries and invest profitably.”

In addition to MIMA Living’s two apartment buildings, Kronos Homes’ MIMA project encompasses a 51-apartment residential tower (MIMA Residences) and a Hilton-branded hotel, operated under the Tempo by Hilton banner – the brand’s first in Portugal. The project occupies a prime location next to the Tagus River, just minutes from the city centre and Lisbon Airport, ensuring it suits weekend stays and business trips, as well as longer breaks.
