Units of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) have exposed networks of specialized secure communication terminals belonging to the Russian Armed Forces along the front line with Ukraine and on the African continent.

According to Ukrinform, the HUR announced this on Facebook.

“In times of a high-tech war against Russian invaders, timely detection of the enemy’s plans and intentions is of utmost importance,” the intelligence service said.

Ukraine’s military intelligence places a strong focus on identifying and tracking the movements of enemy command posts, seeking to extract as much information from them as possible, and – whenever conditions allow – to eliminate hostile leadership.

Using technical intelligence tools combined with operational methods, units of Ukraine’s military intelligence agency have uncovered networks of secure communication terminals used by the Russian Armed Forces along the front line and in Africa.

Following prolonged use of the intelligence gathered from these terminals about the plans of the Russian invaders, a decision was made to disclose their geolocations and destroy them.
