A draft bill seeking to amend Article 32 of the Penal Code, related to self-defense, remains pending in the Assembly. Essentially, the amendment proposes that anyone who, in imminent danger, repels someone who, against the express or presumed will of the person entitled to exclude them, has entered their residence, dwelling, house, or room, vehicle, or workplace, be presumed to be acting in self-defense.
