Rijeka, 5 November 2025 – Rijeka-based company Arctic has unveiled its cutting-edge New Age of Ice Rinks technology at the FSB 2025 International Trade Fair just held in Cologne, Germany.

The innovation, a real ice rink integrated with digitally controlled LED RGB elements, left visitors from around the world amazed to discover that the rink’s surface was genuine ice, not a synthetic substitute.

“What delighted us most was the moment visitors realised the ice was real, many had to touch it to believe it,” said Denis Ventin, Procurator at Arctic.

“This year, we noticed that more people understood our concept. Many who visited last time returned with concrete collaboration proposals and ideas.”

As part of its exhibition, Arctic installed a fully operational ice rink complete with an LED RGB barrier featuring illuminated handrails, a digital LED mesh, and integrated LED screens.

The system enables dynamic visual effects, with animations and graphics projected directly beneath the ice surface, creating a striking visual experience.

Content can be changed in real time, from logos and branding to festive animations, in just a few minutes.

Alongside its New Age of Ice Rinks line, Arctic also presented its Rolly Park, a modular roller-skating area, and foldable wooden cabins, designed for seasonal and entertainment settings.

“We’re pleased to see growing recognition of our New Age of Ice Rinks concept and a shift in how people view ice rinks,” Ventin added.

“Visitors are increasingly aware of the need for innovation in this industry. We’re also encouraged by the strong interest in our Rolly Parks and wooden cabins as attractive, practical solutions for various events and leisure spaces.”

Arctic’s participation at FSB 2025 marks an important step both for the company and for Croatia’s representation in the international leisure and sports equipment market.
