The two men linked to the murders of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and his friend Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane are expected to be extradited to South Africa next Tuesday.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande were arrested last year in February in Mbabane in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
In October last year, the Manzini Magistrate’s Court granted South Africa’s extradition application against the brothers, which they appealed through their legal representatives.
Last week Monday, the pair abandoned their extradition appeal.
A statement by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development has confirmed that the acting Prime Minister in Eswatini has signed the release order.
The brothers are expected to join the five other accused in Durban, facing charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition.
Forbes and Motsoane were gunned down outside a popular restaurant on Florida Road in Durban two years ago.
