Dubrovnik Airport Serves 3 Million Passengers

November the 5th, 2025 – Dubrovnik Airport recently successfully reached 3 million passengers served, with the 3 millionth person welcomed in recent days.

As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, Dubrovnik’s Ruđer Bošković Airport recently welcomed its 3 millionth passenger, exceeding the three million mark for the first time in its history.

The three millionth passenger arrived in Dubrovnik on Austrian Airlines flight OS623 from Vienna, her name was Kerstin Gams and she was travelling to Dubrovnik with her family.

“This result simply wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of our employees, to whom I’d truly like to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything, the trust of our passengers, and the cooperation of numerous partners – the City of Dubrovnik and Dubrovnik-Neretva County, multiple airlines, the entire tourism sector, and the local community. Thank you to everyone who has worked hard and contributed to this success.

Today, Dubrovnik Airport is more connected to Europe and the rest of the world than ever before, and this is the best confirmation of our joint work and shared vision,” stated Airport Director Viktor Šober. The winter flight schedule at Dubrovnik Airport began on Sunday, bringing several new features with it.

During the month of November, Dubrovnik will remain directly connected to Dublin, Manchester, Madrid, London and Zurich, while brand new routes to Rome, Frankfurt and Vienna are being introduced. Last year’s international routes to Vienna, Brussels, London and Warsaw are also being retained as part of this winter schedule.

Dubrovnik Airport has plenty to celebrate with the welcoming of three million passengers, and it has recorded a continuous increase in the number of passengers and operations in general throughout 2025. The months from May to September, which of course otherwise encompass Croatia’s main summer season, achieved record results.
