Police nab six in Odsan for drugs, firearm, ammunition

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) has made multiple arrests and seized drugs and a firearm following a joint early-morning operation in the Odsan community on October 31.

The anti-crime exercise, led by the Gangs, Narcotics, and Firearms Unit (GNF) with tactical support from the Special Services Unit (SSU), began around 4 a.m. and targeted two residences in the area under search warrants.

During the first search, officers discovered quantities of crack cocaine, cannabis, and cannabis resin at a dwelling occupied by Vivian D’Auvergne and Devon Stanio. Both individuals, along with Marva Dorville, were arrested for multiple drug offences, including possession of controlled substances and possession with intent to supply.

In addition, D’Auvergne who was wanted by the Choiseul Police for serious firearm-related offences linked to an incident on July 12, 2025 in Victoria, Choiseul. Those charges include using a firearm with intent, possession of a firearm, and discharging a firearm in a public place.

A second search was conducted at another residence in Odsan, where officers recovered one Taurus G2 nine-millimetre semi-automatic pistol and ten rounds of 9mm ammunition. As a result, Kenan Fergus, Richie Glasgow, and Brianna Pierrelouis were arrested for possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.

All six suspects were taken into police custody and processed at the Centralised Community Safety Centre, along with the seized drugs, firearm, and ammunition.

The group appeared before the First District Court on Monday, November 3.

Drug accused Stanio, D’Auvergne and Dorville were each granted bail in the amount of $11 000 cash or suitable surety and are scheduled to reappear in court on December 11, 2025.

Also reappearing on that date are Fergus, Glasgow, and Pierrelouis, who face firearm and ammunition charges. They were granted $35 000 bail each.
