Dr. Namrouqa stated that the ministry aims to establish authentication offices in various governorates to provide comprehensive services and certify documents issued by official authorities. This initiative is designed to facilitate service delivery and enhance the quality of services offered to citizens. Currently, there are 17 authentication offices: 9 in governorates and 8 in the capital, Amman, all dedicated to serving citizens efficiently.
She emphasized that the presence of the office within the investment window aims to assist investors, companies, institutions, and residents of Aqaba and surrounding governorates, strengthening the ministry’s role in serving both citizens and the business community locally and abroad.
Dr. Namrouqa also highlighted plans to expand electronic gateways as part of the digital transformation of Jordanian missions abroad, which have already been launched in Kuwait, Riyadh, Berlin, Jeddah, and London, with more embassies and missions to follow. This digital expansion aims to provide faster and more convenient services for citizens and expatriates, aligning with the government’s executive program for economic modernization and its vision for digital government services.
Additionally, Dr. Namrouqa visited the Comprehensive Government Services Center in Aqaba, receiving briefings on the range of services provided to citizens.
