TriStar welcomes new vice president of human resources

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital has welcomed its new vice president of human resources.

Leah Shrull will serve in the role overseeing talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement, the hospital stated in a press release.

“We are thrilled to welcome Leah to TriStar Greenview. Her extensive experience and strategic approach will strengthen our facility,” hospital CEO Mike Sherrod stated. “Leah’s passion for driving success includes shaping a people-first culture that supports our commitment to operational excellence.”

Shrull is an alumna of Western Kentucky University and volunteers with youth camps in Simpson County, the release states. Previously, she worked in HR roles for the Shoals Technologies Group.
