Jordan Ahli Bank has hosted an award ceremony to celebrate the winners of the “Anty – Small and Medium Enterprises Program” Saturday, October 25, 2025. The event took place at the Sheraton Amman Hotel, in the presence of a distinguished group of Jordanian businesswomen and businessmen.اضافة اعلان

The awards were organized as part of the “Anty for Businesswomen” program, launched by Jordan Ahli Bank to reinforce its strategy aimed at promoting financial inclusion, empowering women, and fostering shared prosperity. The program offers a comprehensive package of banking and financing solutions designed specifically to meet the needs of businesswomen, strengthen their ventures, and enhance their sustainability.

It also includes a set of prestigious awards that recognize the women who have left an inspiring mark in leadership and management, innovation and creativity, shared prosperity, sustainability, community impact, and women’s empowerment. This honors the women entrepreneurs among the bank’s clients who have made an inspiring impact in their respective fields.

The event opened with a speech by Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of Jordan Ahli Bank, Dr. Ahmad Al Hussein, who reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to supporting inclusive economic development and empowering women as essential partners in national growth and key drivers of prosperity.

He noted that Jordan Ahli Bank has made financing women-owned and women-led businesses a central pillar of its strategy, through specialized programs such as “Anty,” which aim to strengthen businesswomen’s capabilities and provide opportunities to expand their success. He emphasized that women’s empowerment and SME financing constitute two core pillars of the Bank’s journey toward achieving shared prosperity and community sustainability.

This was followed by a speech from Mr. Ammar Alsa’id, Head of the SME Banking Division at Jordan Ahli Bank, who spoke about the vital role of the SME sector as a cornerstone of economic growth and a main source of employment and innovation. He elaborated that Jordan Ahli Bank was among the first financial institutions in the Kingdom to establish a specialized division serving this sector nearly twenty years ago. The SME portfolio now accounts for around 10% of the bank’s total credit facilities. Alsa’id also reviewed the innovative banking solutions offered by the Bank to support this sector, affirming that the “Anty Women in Business Program’ awards reflect the bank’s vision of promoting female entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability through transparent evaluation criteria that recognize inspirational women leaders in business.

The ceremony also featured a keynote session by Jordan Ahli Bank’s Chief Innovation Officer, Mr. Nidal Khalifeh who discussed the fundamentals of using artificial intelligence in business. He highlighted the latest trends in leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and improve customer experience while increasing organizational productivity.

This was followed by an engaging panel discussion led by media personality and leadership coach Ms. Randa Azar, who explored the importance of presence, first impressions, and the ability to positively influence others, as well as the role of effective communication in building trust and achieving professional excellence.

To conclude the ceremony, six companies from various economic sectors were honored under five main award categories, acknowledging their achievements and leadership journeys as inspiring women entrepreneurs. Each winner received a commemorative trophy and a cash prize of JOD 10,000. The results were as follows:

• Excellence in Community Impact and Women Empowerment Award:

“Iman Early Learning Center” and “NELL Program Academy Training & Development”.

• Excellence in Leadership and Management Award:

“Maisam Architects and Engineers Co LTD”.

• Excellence in Shared Prosperity Award:

“Saba & Atalla Co.”

• Excellence in Innovation and Creativity Award:

“SkyTech – Marcelia for Information Technology”

• Excellence in Sustainability and ESG Award:

“Sunset Drug Store”.
