The Independence March will take place on November 11. Will the Law and Justice Party (PiS) leader Jarosław Kaczyński take part in the event? MP Mariusz Błaszczak has revealed the details.
Independence March 2025. Will the PiS leader be there?
On November 11, 2025, the Independence March will pass through the streets of Warsaw. This year’s slogan is “One Nation – Strong Poland.” Bartosz Malewski, president of the Independence March Association, emphasized that the slogan is “a nod to Piast policy” and to “the 1,000th anniversary of the Polish Crown.”
“We want to call on all Poles to embrace national unity, especially on this special day when we speak of independence and sovereignty. We urge everyone to be part of the national community on this day,” he stressed.
MP Mariusz Błaszczak from Law and Justice (PiS) was asked today whether party leader Jarosław Kaczyński would participate in the march.
“Yes, I believe so. Just like last year, we will take part in this march. It’s not a march of nationalists, but a march of Polish patriots,” the politician said on TOK FM.
He also added that “it is an exaggeration to claim that this is a march of any particular political group.”
