To increase the availability of the new vaccines against the currently most widespread coronavirus variant, six additional health facilities will begin offering vaccinations this week.

These include hospitals in Galanta, Partizánske, Rimavská Sobota, Poprad, Spišská Nová Ves, and Michalovce.
At present, a total of 18 facilities across Slovakia provide vaccination with the new Comirnaty LP.8.1 vaccine.
Those interested can register through the National Health Information Center (NCZI) form available on its website. Vaccination appointments are allocated continuously, depending on each facility’s capacity.
According to the Health Ministry, there is a sufficient supply of COVID-19 vaccines.
