Heavy winds and rainfall overnight and this morning had the National Weather Service issuing a flash flood warning, a wind advisory and high surf warning. The inclement weather is due to a cold front and trough over the territory.
Sustained winds of up to 35 miles per hour and gusts of more than 40 mph have been recorded. A wind advisory is in effect for today and tonight.
A high surf warning has also been issued for today up to tonight.
