Cabinet Chairman visits fish farm in Tokmok

AKIPRESS.COM – Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev visited a fish farm in Tokmok city during a working visit to Chui region.

Kasymaliev was briefed on the fish farming technology, the production process, and future development plans for the sector. He paid special attention to ways of increasing production volume.

The Chairman emphasized that developing the fishing industry is crucial for boosting the country’s export potential. He noted that the government prioritizes supporting domestic producers and creating a favorable environment for business growth.

Kasymaliev highlighted the increase in domestic fish consumption and stressed the need for further stimulating local production to meet the growing demand and strengthen Kyrgyzstan’s position in this sector. He also underscored the importance of implementing modern technologies and improving production efficiency to ensure the competitiveness of Kyrgyz fish products.
