A brawl between tourists and police officers outside a restaurant took place on the island of Mykonos early on Wednesday.

According to media reports, it all started when two groups of Italian tourists started a fight outside a burger restaurant. They had consume alcohol and were attacking each other with punches, kicks and swearing.

Police officers rushed to the scene to break up the fight and diffuse the tension.

However, the tourists not only did not comply with officers’ orders, but they also attacked them with scenes of close body-to-body fighting unfolding in front of a crowd of onlookers and passers-byes.

After a few minutes of fierce fighting, the police managed to immobilize the Italians, handcuff them and take them to the Mykonos Police Station.
