That figure includes those who believe the U.S. provides the right amount or insufficient support to Ukraine.

The Pew findings mark a notable shift from February, when 47% of the same group said Ukraine gets too much support, whereas 30% indicated otherwise.

“Rarely do I see poll numbers like this,” Enten said.

“You read the blogosphere, you read X, you might think that Republicans think that we’re way too much in Ukraine’s camp, but Republicans at large no longer believe that.”

Enten then pointed to how 51% of Republicans have recently indicated that the U.S. should give Ukraine more arms and military supplies, which he called an “even bigger shift” from 30% back in March.

“Americans and Republicans are much more on the side of Ukraine than they used to be. It is quite the switcheroo from where we were just a few months ago,” Enten stressed.

The segment arrived hours ahead of Trump’s ceasefire deal-less summit with Putin, who was treated to a U.S. military flyover and a ride in the presidential limo out in Anchorage.
