The much-anticipated Eswatini leg of the Ivyson Africa Tour, originally scheduled for October 31, 2025, at Mdzimba View Shisanyama, has been postponed to a date yet to be confirmed.
This delay comes as a disappointment to many fans who were eagerly awaiting one of the most significant musical events of the year in the region.
The Ivyson Africa Tour, named after South African hip-hop sensation Nasty C’s moniker “Ivyson,” is more than just a concert series. It represents a vibrant movement that celebrates personal growth, cultural identity, and legacy building,
particularly resonating with the youth and creative communities across Africa. The tour champions ambition, self-belief, and the relentless pursuit of dreams, making it a beacon of inspiration for many young people striving to make their mark.
Vuyani Ndzimandze, the curator of the event, highlighted the importance of bringing the Ivyson Tour to Eswatini.
“The Eswatini edition is about connecting that energy with our local creative culture, giving fans a world-class experience while showcasing the best homegrown talent,” he said.
Ticket sales reflected the high level of excitement surrounding the event. Early bird tickets sold out rapidly, underscoring the strong demand.
Currently, general pre-sale tickets are available at E200, making the event accessible to a broad audience. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, Ivyson VIP tickets priced at E500 offer enhanced access and amenities, while Ivyson Max tickets at E800 promise premium seating and exclusive perks. At the door, general admission tickets were to be sold for E250.
Ndzimandze assured fans that the production values would meet the highest standards, matching the scale and ambition of the event.
“Expect top-tier sound, lights, visuals, and an atmosphere that will leave people talking long after the night ends,” he said. “From Nasty C’s unmatched performance to a lineup of local stars bringing fire to the stage, this is going to be Eswatini’s biggest music moment of the year.”
